Documentary photographer based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

My interest in photography started after moving abroad at a young age. Every time I visited home, I would use my camera as a way to reconnect with my roots. I mostly focus on documentary and longer reportage projects, with portrait as a predominant style. 

My current project explores Izbiste, the Moldovan village which my grandparents called home and the phenomenon of adults leaving to seek a better future and employment opportunities abroad.
